I Win
Hi, my loves! Not only is post about my fit, but it’s also about me hitting 100K on YouTube!!! *screams* I don’t think I’ve mentioned that on my blog, so here it is! :)
I hit 100K on January 14th and received my plaque on February 15th. I was in awe—literally! Listen, I remember seeing 100,000 ON. THE DOT. I couldn’t believe my eyes, man. I was filled with so many emotions: Happiness, excitement, joy—all things positive—you name it, that’s how I felt. More than anything I was AND still am grateful to God for this BIG accomplishment. To me, this is huge because we all know how hard it can be to grow your platform, especially on YouTube. I launched my channel back in March of 2019 and didn’t think much of it, but here I am. That’s why the title of this post is called I Win.
A quick reminder to anyone who wants to start a channel or start on any platform and they’re afraid… baby, JUST START. I know it may seem a little scary and/or intimidating at first, but you have to start in order to see where it’ll take you. Work with what you have, don’t compare yourself to others, stay true to YOU + be YOU, and the rest will fall into place. You’ll attract YOUR audience. You never know who’s out there waiting on you and your amazing content, babe. There is a lot of room for you, too!
Now, let’s get into this fit… Ya’ll know my plaque HAD to make an appearance. Lol! I already had an idea of the feels/vibe I was going far, so this blazer I picked up from Zara back in December was my main girl for this look. It’s a soft creamy colour which looks so good against white, so I went with a full white look underneath. I’m wearing a basic bodysuit from Zara and this wide leg pant from Marshalls. Kept my jewellery gold, as always. ;)
Everything tied together so well, and I’m so pleased.
